Senior Manager, Research
Ying Liu is the Senior Manager, Research of The Climate Group's Policy and Finance Team in China, participating in policy and technology related research programs.
She is familiar with low carbon technology and industry in China and has participated in several research publications of TCG China such as Towards Market Transformation: Electric Vehicles (May, 2010), Roadmap of technology development for low carbon innovation (Mar, 2010), and TCG Monthly Technology Briefing of City Program (Jan – May, 2009). Prior to joining The Climate Group, She worked as project assistant at Center of Rural Drinking Water Security, Ministry of Water Resources, where she participated in policy research as well as management of projects. She majored in Environmental Engineering during her MS period in Peking University and published 3 SCI journal papers.
