Caroline Spencer

Project Manager, ICROA

Caroline Spencer is Project Manager for ICROA (International Carbon Reduction and Offset Alliance). ICROA is an alliance of carbon reduction and offset providers who adhere to a Code of Best Practice in the voluntary carbon market. The Secretariat of ICROA is currently being hosted by The Climate Group. 

Caroline was previously coordinator of the All Party Parliamentary Climate Change Group (APPCCG).

Caroline has an MA in International Peace and Security (Distinction) from King’s College, London and a BA in English Literature and German from the University of Leeds.
