Urvashi joined The °Climate Group in October 2007 to help establish operations in India.

Her current role involves the identification and assessment of target business members in India and the development of ideas for the initial focus of our corporate leadership programme. This includes determining the best regions of India to work with on climate change, initial research on how the Together campaign can be developed in India, as well as initiatives on policy and funding. 

Prior to joining The °Climate Group she worked for a financial services company in New York for four years before moving back to Mumbai to work in business development.

Urvashi graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University, USA, with a BA in Economics.
