Lauren Bird

Lauren joined The °Climate Group in March 2008.

Prior to this Lauren worked at the Australian Institute of Marine Science and spent six months volunteering for the international UN organisation Reef Check, monitoring the health of the Great Barrier Reef whist establishing the charity’s public relations.

Before her adventures in Australia, Lauren was Press Officer at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, where she worked to promote a diverse range of topics including botanic research and conservation, public events and exhibitions, publications, school and adult education, horticulture and retail.
