The Climate Group will host a climate leaders’ breakfast to launch a new guide for Victorian business, authored by The Climate Group with support from the Government of Victoria.
'Cashing in on Carbon' will provide practical information on how businesses can limit their emissions, reduce their costs and increase their efficiency as part of a new low-carbon economy. Among other things, the guide is designed to be an easy-to-use handbook, advising on the range of programs and resources now available to help businesses reduce emissions in Victoria.
The Hon Jacinta Allan MP, Victorian Minister for Industry & Trade, and Rupert Posner, Australia Director of The Climate Group, will officially launch the guide alongside a number of guest speakers, including:
- Tim Piper, CEO, Australian industry Group
- Diane Hood, Victorian Employers’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry
- Ralph Plarre, Ferguson Plarre
- David McInnes, Group Manager, Environment and Climate Change, Linfox
