The key topics to be discussed include:

Climate change action in India and worldwide

  • The role of finance institutions on the path to a low carbon economy;
  • Opportunities for involvement in climate change activities, domestically and internationally;
  • The political and regulatory framework needed for urgent scale-up of private sector investment in energy efficiency, low carbon infrastructure and RDD&D (research, development, demonstration and deployment) of clean technologies and renewable energy.
