This event is Invite Only.
The Climate Group is holding a private workshop, hosted by HSBC, for technology providers, financiers and policy makers to come together to discuss how private sector finance can accelerate the take up of electric vehicles.
This is the second in a series of workshops designed to enable interactive dialogue between financial institutions, technology companies and policy makers as part of the Climate Principles work program. The first was hosted by Swiss Re in February, which focused on financing for carbon capture and storage and renewable energy.
We are teaming up with our EV20 initiative to put together an exciting and engaging debate which aims to:
- Build understanding of the current and existing market for electric vehicles
- Build understanding of current policies that support the electrification of transport
- Identify further actions needed to maximize private investment in electric vehicles and charging infrastructure.
