Live broadcast: Al Gore, Richard Branson and Mark Kenber on the economic opportunities of a global clean revolution

Al Gore, Chairman and Founder, Climate Reality, and Richard Branson, Founder and Chairman, Virgin Group and member of The Climate Group’s International Leadership Council, will be discussing UK and global climate innovation live with our CEO, Mark Kenber, today at 3pm EST (8pm GMT).
The panel discussion is part of the NGO Climate Reality’s latest project, Dirty Weather, which aims to uncover global solutions to the climate crisis through panel discussions broadcast live over a 24 hour period.
Drawing on recent extreme weather in the US, UK and the rest of the world, the three climate experts will focus on how clean energy can transform the global economy, citing successful projects and future opportunities for business – as well as the cost of inaction.
As well as concentrating on the UK and private sector, the three panellists will also discuss government partnerships and global initiatives.
Special guests include Louise Clancy, Climate Change Adaptation and Water Programme Officer, Greater London Authority, Dr. Eugene Cordero, Professor, Department of Meteorology and Climate Science, San Jose State University and Trewin Restorick, CEO, Global Action Plan.
