On Thursday, November 7, in partnership with the UN @GlobalCompact, we hosted a live Q&A with Christiana Figueres, Executive Secretary, UNFCCC, to talk about the urgent need for business action at next week's COP19--and in the wider challenge of combating climate change.
To drive the conversation straight onto the theme of the role of business at COP19 and beyond, firstly we asked Christiana Figueres:
In her response, she covered several important points around her expectations and hopes for next week's COP19 in Warsaw. She also mentioned the UN's Caring for Climate Business Forum which takes place on the sidelines of COP from November 19-20.

Then she began to answer questions from the public, who put forward their questions under the general theme of raising ambition on climate action across the spectrum. Thank you to everyone who participated!
