"Innovative business can be a force for positive change" - Kevin Moss, BT

On December 17 we held a live Twitter Q&A with Kevin Moss, Programme Director Net Good, BT, to discuss the opportunity of 'Net Good' business. Below are some of the highlights from the chat.

BT’s Net Good program, which was launched earlier in the year, is an innovative carbon abatement methodology that aims to help BT achieve its 2020 goal of helping customers cut carbon emissions by at least three times the end-to-end carbon impact of BT’s business.

To kick off the session, we asked Kevin what progress BT has made toward reaching its 3:1 goal, six months on from the launch.

Thank you for your questions if you took part in the session. To find out more about BT's Better Future and Net Good work, head to  and follow  and @KevinIMoss.
