Damian is Senior Policy Manager in The Climate Group’s London Office. He is responsible for tracking international climate negotiations and for the past two years Damian has also lead our work in the Aviation Global Deal Group, which brings together seven leading international airlines committed to tackling climate change.

Prior to joining The Climate Group, Damian worked for New Zealand's foreign ministry for nearly four years. During this time he worked on both international climate change and World Trade Organisation (WTO) negotiations, covering a range of issues from illegal logging and sustainable fisheries, to international aviation and climate policy. 

Damian holds post-graduate degrees in applied science and international relations.
