- Communications Consultant - Bijli project
- London, UK
Jeroen recently moved from Amsterdam to London and joined The Climate Group to coordinate communications for the Bijli project, consisting of PR/press, events, social media, documentary and video productions, all targeted at UK/Dutch/India media and audiences.
He liaises with the Bijli implementation team, the offices in London and India, as well as with the Dutch National Postcode Lottery communications team and other stakeholders. The Bijli project is principally funded by the Dutch National Postcode Lottery.
Before joining The Climate Group, Jeroen worked for Novamedia / United Postcode Lotteries for over six years as senior communications consultant, deputy head of the communications department and member of the CSR team. Novamedia / United Postcode Lotteries is the world’s second biggest private charity donor. The organization consists of three Dutch charity lotteries (among which the Dutch Postcode Lottery) donating 50% of the stakes to charity. The People’s Postcode Lottery in the UK and the Swedish Postcode Lottery are also part of the organization.
Prior to this, Jeroen worked for the Amsterdam Museum, Amsterdam Marketing and Hill+Knowlton Strategies.
In his free time, Jeroen enjoys exploring London, running in the parks and cycling through the city.
