Aditi has over fifteen years' experience working on global and local environmental issues. Her work has ranged across private, governmental and non-governmental organizations and roles including research, policy analysis, project and program management.
Prior to joining The Climate Group, Aditi worked as the Group Coordinator of the Climate Science Group at Winrock International India (WII). Her work covered themes including UNFCCC requirements, the Kyoto Protocol, GHG mitigation and the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) and sustainable development.
During her tenures at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) in Thailand and The Energy Resources Institute (TERI), Aditi focused on energy, environment and climate change projects across the private and public sectors.
Prior to TERI, Aditi worked with India's Consulting Engineering Services Public Ltd. where her responsibilities included planning and design of transportation infrastructure projects. She has also worked in association with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA).
Aditi holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning (with specialization in transportation planning) and a bachelor's degree in Architecture.
