Clare works with the Communications team in London, responsible for overseeing all editorial content for the organization, chiefly writing and editing daily News stories for this website, ClimateWeekNYC.org and TheCleanRevolution.org. She assists regional teams with editing, proofing and 'tone of voice' in all copywriting, e-newsletters, blogs, event invites and printed reports. She also heads our Twitter accounts and global social media strategy.

Her previous work includes Editor roles for Greenmystyle.com, Trafalgar.com and Mydeco.com, a start-up where she managed an online community, email marketing and social media. As well as freelance journalism, in her free time Clare has also edited published books and collaborated with charities and corporate brands on digital and editorial work.

Clare graduated from the University of Southampton with a BA in English in 2007, where she edited a section of the University newspaper. In her free time Clare is on the Board of Trustees for a children's refuge called Mision Mexico. She also loves running, her french bulldog Enzo, writing for pplkind.com and seeing live music (then tweeting about it, of course).
