Michaela joined The Climate Group in December 2011 as a Finance Analyst. She provides financial support not only for the UK team but also for our international offices.

Michaela works closely with the International Operations Director focusing on developing financial systems, cash flow forecasting, management accounts and project analysis and helps coordinate budget preparations.

Prior to joining The Climate Group, Michaela gained experience working in financial services for the insurance company Legal and General as a Finance Analyst, and gained a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University in 2009.

Michaela is studying towards an ACCA qualification to become fully qualified accountant. She has lived in the UK since 2003 and her native language is Czech.
