To date, EP100 members have saved $1.6 USD billion whilst reducing their emissions by more than the annual emissions of the UK and Belgium combined.

Yanbu Cement Company (YCC) is one of the largest cement manufacturers in Saudi Arabia. The company has committed to implement an energy management system (EnMS) across all operations by 2030, and improve energy productivity by 30%  by 2025 relative to a 2010 baseline. YCC has taken significant steps to improve its energy productivity, including replacing its main kiln and calciner burners with new efficient models. It is also investing in waste heat recovery to generate power, as well as computer software to operate its cement mills more efficiently.

Vornado Realty Trust owns, manages and develops office and retail assets. The company has committed to implement an energy management system (EnMS) across all operations by 2029, and improve energy productivity by 35% by 2026 relative to a 2009 baseline. Vornado’s two-pronged approach targets energy consumed by both the landlord and the tenant, building strong partnerships with tenants to identify areas of excess energy consumption and facilitate behavioural change. This work is accompanied by Vornado’s ongoing commitment to deep energy retrofits and smart building technology.

UMC strives towards creating a net positive manufacturing factory environment with a vision to promote net zero embodied carbon emissions. UltraTech Cement is one of the world’s leading cement producers, and the largest manufacturer of grey cement, Ready Mix concrete (RMC) and white cement in India. The company sees the improvement of its energy performance as one of the critical levers for reducing the carbon intensity of its operations and has already invested in energy efficiency measures across its manufacturing plants, including cooler upgrades, voltage variable frequency drives and waste heat recovery systems. UltraTech Cement has committed to double energy productivity by 2035 relative to a 2010 baseline.
