The Corporate Sourcing of Renewables Day, an official side event of the Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM8), will take place on Wednesday, June 7 in Beijing, China.

The event will see high-level speakers from business and governments discuss increasing corporate demand for cost-competitive renewable energy, its potential to accelerate renewables deployment and meet climate targets, and the necessary enabling frameworks.

The event is organized by CEM Corporate Sourcing of Renewables Campaign, Center for Resource Solutions (CRS), International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), RE100, World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD), and World Resources Institute (WRI),

Sam Kimmins, Head of RE100, The Climate Group will be presenting the RE100 campaign, and several RE100 members will share their success stories.
