US computer software company Adobe joined RE100 in December 2015 and the company is committed to sourcing 100% of its electricity from renewable energy. In recent years, Adobe has lowered its energy consumption and subsequent emissions, reaching carbon neutrality in 2013, and the company has a long-term goal to power its operations and digital delivery of products with 100% renewable energy by 2035.

Michelle Crozier Yates, Director of Corporate Responsibility, Adobe and Executive Director, Adobe Foundation, said: "Joining RE100 is more than good, it is necessary. As a founding member of BSR’s Future of Internet Power group, and an early signatory of the WWF/WRI Corporate Renewable Energy Buyers’ Principles – and subsequently the Rocky Mountain Institute Business Renewables Center – we know that the only way to move markets is by working together.  Collaboration is everything and the unilateral message has to be that renewable energy is our future, and we want it now."
