Robin has extensive experience in fundraising. She volunteered as a fundraiser at Marymount International School and Friends of Rowing at Dartmouth College, and currently volunteers as a fundraiser for Psi Upsilon Fraternity at Dartmouth as well as the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. From 1984 to 1987 she was a Leadership Gifts Researcher and the Director of the Phone Solicitation Program at Harvard Law School. She was then a Coordinator for Capital Gifts Prospects and was also the Principal Gifts Officer at Harvard University until 1991. From 1991 to 1997, she was the Director of Planned Giving/Major Gifts at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, and from 2001 to 2005 she was a Fundraising Consultant at the International School of Boston. She received her BA, cum laude, in Religion at Dartmouth College, and her Master of Theological Studies at Harvard Divinity School. She also received a Diploma of Theology, with distinction, at Oriel College at Oxford University.
