This Policy Guide has been prepared by Systemiq, in partnership with Climate Group (ConcreteZero) and the Cement and Concrete Breakthrough Agenda.
It draws on consultations with the LC3 Project, EPFL, and the UNEP-hosted GlobalABC and the Intergovernmental Council for Buildings and Climate (ICBC). It is part of a joint effort to scale the deployment of SCMs and blended cement globally.
