Senior Content Manager
We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and results focused individual to be a part of our core team and help drive our ambition.
The Climate Week NYC Senior Content Manager, Business Action has responsibility for working across the campaigns to identify and coordinate innovative approaches and work with members to drive change and increase impact. The post holder will focus in particular on the design and oversight of the Business Action team’s contribution to Climate Week NYC (September 20-26) and activities leading up to COP26 in Glasgow.

EV100 Senior Policy and Engagement Officer
We are seeking a dynamic Senior EV100 Policy and Engagement Officer to work as part of the Climate Group’s Transport System initiative, in particular to support advocacy activities and business engagement for our international corporate leadership initiative EV100 in Germany and France. EV100 brings together international companies committed to drive the transition to electric vehicles. They set the example by pledging to switch to EVs in their own operations by 2030, and come together as a public voice to advocate for ambitious EV policy setting and market acceleration. Over the coming year, a strategic priority within this work will be put on increasing the membership and visibility of EV100 in Germany and France ahead of the upcoming Federal and Presidential elections, respectively. The postholder will work closely with the both the EV100 Senior Policy Manager and EV100 Corporate Engagement Manager to support the expansion of our activities in these two countries.

Senior Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced, strategic and visionary Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and help build our marketing function. Utilising the latest digital tools and strategies you will help us expand our international presence, and engage with our global audience comprising businesses and governments. You will be a consummate professional, adept at understanding complex stakeholder structures and able to advise at all levels, helping us to drive more businesses to embrace addressing climate change.
The ideal candidate would be someone who understands the value of a strong brand and how all elements of external communication interlink to maximise reputational growth and stakeholder engagement.
As the first touchpoint for many of our audiences, our digital channels are critical in conveying who we are, what we do and our impact in the world. As we aim to secure even more engagement in our campaigns and initiatives, the senior marketing manager will be responsible for delivering a dynamic and ‘best in class’ experience across all of our online platforms and unlocking our potential in this area.

Senior Communications Officer
If you are an experienced communications professional excited by the opportunity to use your skills to transform global energy and transport systems, then this is the role for you.
Working with business, the Climate Group has already secured commitments to get millions of vehicles to go electric and for companies to use entirely renewable electricity. But we need to do much more. The world needs to cut global emissions by half in ten years and business has a big role to play. You will be driving integrated communications as a critical part of our corporate leadership initiatives, RE100, EV100 and EP100, and our broader work on shaping global business and policy agendas on energy, transport and the built environment.

Senior Project Officer - US
The Senior Project Officer, North America Business Action, works within The Climate Group’s Business Action Team and has responsibility for supporting efforts across our global 100s campaigns, particularly RE100 and EP100, to drive change and increase impact.
The Senior Project Officer will lead the scoping and support the execution of two key workstreams, one focused on global supply chains and SMEs, and one focused on energy productivity in North America, while also supporting general Business Action member services and engagement, recruitment, fundraising, and communications and convenings.

Project Coordinator - Energy Transitions, India
An opportunity to develop and implement an exciting project involving Indian corporate action on electric mobility for a global non-profit at its New Delhi office, as part of an international team working with businesses and government.
The Climate Group is already having a major impact on global electricity and vehicle markets. Working with business and governments we have influenced millions of vehicles to go electric and the electricity demand of a large country to go renewable. We run the world’s largest climate week. In India we have multiple programmes which focus on building prosperity while helping shift industrial, transport, built environment and energy systems to a cleaner future. But we need to do much more.
The position is a full-time opportunity for an upcoming project, with an initial 12-month offer to begin. It is a project-based position, the renewal will be subject to new funding.

Senior Institutional Development Manager (Temporary – Maternity Leave)
The Climate Group is seeking an experienced development professional with a background in institutional fundraising to support the U.S. development team with maternity leave coverage.
The role includes responsibilities to manage and execute on existing cultivation and solicitation plans, identify new prospects, steward relationships, and manage the Senior Development Officer. The Senior Manager will support all streams of fundraising as needed during the leave period but provide specific leadership on corporate and foundation partnerships.
Goals during this period include supporting efforts to meet, and exceed, revenue targets with a primary focus on identifying and securing unrestricted and core operating institutional resources. The person holding this position will lead relationship management and income generation from these funding sources in line with the U.S. fundraising strategy.

The EV100 Senior Policy Manager will be driving the initiative’s international policy strategy, working with member companies to influence crucial policy debates towards the rapid transition towards zero carbon transport, and highlight the crucial role of corporate fleet leadership within that.
