Dominic Phinn

Dominic leads Climate Group’s global transport programme, including EV100, a flagship initiative uniting 115 major companies committed to electrifying their fleets and accelerating the transition to zero-emission road transport.

He oversees active projects across 12 markets in North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia, supporting EV100 members with practical guidance, peer learning and best-practice insights to overcome real-world barriers to fleet electrification. EV100 also works to amplify member voices in key policy and public debates.
Dominic has worked for a range of business-focussed organisations over the last 20 years in the UK, China and Ecuador advising on sustainability and policy pathways to net zero.

He has a MSc in International Relations, Business and Chinese language from the University of Sheffield and a BA in European Studies from the University of Hull.
