How can I work for Climate Group?

Do you accept speculative applications?

Unfortunately, we do not accept speculative applications. Please apply for specific posts that match your skills and experience.

Do I need a work permit to work for Climate Group?

Climate Group has legal responsibility to ensure that all of our staff have the legal right to work in the country that they are employed in. Although Climate Group UK holds a sponsorship licence, we are unable to provide sponsorship for every advertised role due to strict requirements by the Home Office. Whether you need to have the necessary work permits in place before applying for the role will be made clear in every job advert.

Can I apply for more than one job at a time?

Yes, you can but we ask you that you ensure first you meet the essential criteria for each role. We encourage you to tailor your CV to the specific criteria listed against each position you apply for in order to increase your chances of being shortlisted.

How will I know Climate Group has received my application?

Once your application has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided.

I missed the deadline. Can I still submit an application?

Most of our roles have expected submission deadline date. This means we reserve the right to either bring the deadline forward or extend it, depending on the response we receive. We therefore encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible. We will unfortunately not be able to accept applications once the vacancy has closed.

I am having technical problems applying. What do I do, or who can I contact for help?

First try to submit your application through a different browser. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please use the contact details provided in the vacancy, alternatively email Lenka Brabazon or Asiya Khan.

What is the latest time I can submit an application?

The deadline for all posts is midnight UK time on the advertised closing date, unless otherwise specified on the job advert. You will not be able to submit an application after this time.

When will Climate Group contact me regarding the outcome of my application?

You will be notified by email regarding the outcome of your application. This will normally be within one to two months of the position closing date. This often varies due to the high volume of applications we receive. If you have not been notified of the outcome of your application two months after the closing date, please email the person stated on the vacancy or contact our HR team: Lenka Brabazon or Asiya Khan.
