Heather is Climate Group’s Director of Human Resources and is responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy internationally. Heather works with the leadership team to deliver priority areas including EDI strategy, talent acquisition and development programmes and international build-out.
Previously, she was an EDI leader and Talent Director in a big four accountancy firm. She has also held HR Director and Operations roles in SME professional services firms. Heather has a BSc in Management Science from Lancaster University Management School and a post-graduate diploma in HR. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
