What is the Opportunity Summit?

Throughout the afternoon, leaders will align on delivery not declarations, focus on shifts that can unlock Europe's economic advantage and accelerate real world implementation.

It has two core components: the Opportunity Town Hall and Implementation Rooms. 

Opportunity Town Hall

On the Opportunity Town Hall agenda are topics such as:

  • The energy we make – how the UK and Europe could turn clean energy into a local and regional advantage, producing their own power and diversifying sources to boost energy security, independence, and competitiveness
  • Building Europe’s electrostates – rapid electrification demands more than clean generation and interconnection. How do we flip the switch, break barriers, enhance infrastructure, align action, and supercharge Europe’s first electrostates? 
  • Europe’s powerful AI playbook – ambition alone won’t get Europe from AI taker to AI maker. How do we unlock the levers to make efficiency the engine of Europe’s sustainable digital future?
  • The changed world – how does business adapt to thrive in an increasingly uncertain world?
Implementation Rooms

Highly interactive small working sessions, executive roundtables and workshops focused on unlocking barriers and accelerating delivery. With a cross-sector audience in each room, leaders can speak candidly, surface constraints, and agree practical actions that move delivery forward. Outcome reports will be shared to drive momentum and ensure progress is amplified beyond the Summit.
