This virtual event will bring together local and global leaders in a panel discussion on the importance of climate justice in achieving health equity. Panelists will explore the movement towards environmental justice and share reflections on the long-term impacts of COVID-19 on the intersections of climate change and public health. The discussion will also draw on the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals and Voluntary Local Review as tools to build a more equitable, sustainable, and resilient future.
