Ruby brings two decades of experience in strategic business development, international fundraising and organisational growth, forging high-value partnerships that mobilise resources, connect organisations and ideas, and help turn ambition into implementation.
As Director of Philanthropy & Institutional Partnerships, Ruby leads our global strategy for building productive, collaborative relationships with philanthropy and other non-corporate supporters including foundations, governments and donor networks across our international markets. She is especially interested in helping donors ensure their investments are catalytic; shaping markets and strengthening regional ecosystems to drive change at scale. She has extensive experience working across Europe, India, China, Southeast Asia and the Americas.
Before joining us, Ruby worked across human rights, conflict transformation and the arts. She is Vice Chair of Global Impact UK and has held a range of nonprofit trustee and advisory roles. She holds a qualification in business administration from the London School of Economics, alongside degrees in international law, sociology and anthropology. She is fluent in Armenian.
