CLIMATE CHANGE (SINGLE USE PLASTICS) REGULATIONS 2022: The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture, having complied with the requirements of section 351 of the Climate Change Act 2021, makes the following Regulations under sections 29 and 30 of that Act. These Regulations are the Climate Change (Single Use Plastics) Regulations 2022.
