Across the world, states and regions have climate solutions ready to move forward, but access to finance is holding them back.
Building on a year of investment dialogues across São Paulo, Mumbai, Singapore, London and New York, we're bringing government leaders, investors and financial institutions together at COP31 to help turn climate projects into lasting benefits for people and communities.
To attend this event, you must have a valid COP31 Blue Zone pass.
Climate Week NYC
Governors, ministers and regional leaders from across the Under2 Coalition came together in New York City to tackle some of the biggest questions facing climate delivery.
How do we build cleaner, more secure energy systems? Cut methane faster? Transform food systems? Strengthen resilience? And get more finance flowing to the places delivering change?
Under2 Coalition leaders shared what’s already working in their regions, what they’re learning and what it will take to scale it.

Today, the coalition represents 183 individual states, regions, provinces and subnational governments along with several other national and subnational entities.

The Under2 Coalition's co-chairs guide the direction of our policies:

We also have a larger steering group, representing the diversity of our membership.
Our steering group meets quarterly and supports the co-chairs in building the range and scope of the Under2 Coalition's work.

We work with governments, businesses, multilateral institutions and other NGOs to make progress in the fight against climate change.
