Supported by EV100 members Lyft, IKEA, PG&E and Clif Bar & Company, our letter is calling on President Biden to set longer term light duty vehicle (LDV) standards.
These standards should be set as soon as possible and apply to model years 2027 and beyond.
This action will provide businesses with the confidence to invest in EVs at scale now - a vital step to ensuring emissions are cut by 60% by 2030, as well as positioning American cars and light-duty trucks on a clear path towards 100% zero emission vehicle sales by 2035.
