Tritax aims to generate social value, as well as deliver attractive and resilient financial returns, by investing in high-quality, sustainable buildings in prime locations. Tritax Big Box has joined through the Net Zero Carbon Buildings pathway, committing to continuing to only own and occupy assets that are net zero carbon in operation and only developing new assets that are net zero carbon construction from 2020 - in line with UKGBC’s definition.

TRIDL is a facial mask and skincare company operating in Asia and North America. Having already switched to LED lighting, TRIDL aims to efficiently measure energy use in all of its products, commercial buildings, equipment and vehicles. This company commits to implement an energy management system (EnMS) across all operations by 2028, and improve energy productivity by 30% by 2048 relative to a 2018 baseline.

Trane Technologies is a global climate innovator that provides comfortable indoor environments through a broad portfolio of reliable environmental products and services that bring sustainable, efficient climate solutions to buildings, homes and transportation. Trane Technologies has committed to double its energy productivity by 2035 relative to a 2013 baseline, through measures such as optimizing HVAC systems, upgrading lighting, developing green teams, and behavioural incentives. 

The GPT Group is a leader in energy efficiency, emissions reduction and public disclosure for its large portfolio of premium grade office buildings in Australia, with over $9m of energy cost savings in 2017 compared to its 2005 baseline intensity. The GPT Group joined  through the Net Zero Carbon Buildings pathway, committing to owning only assets that are net zero carbon in operation by 2030. To meet this target, GPT will build on its implementation of energy efficiency reduction measures, energy management programs and renewable energy procurement strategies.

The Crown Estate is an independent commercial business, created by Act of Parliament. Their strategy sets out the approach to managing each business area, to create value for, and respond to the needs of, customers, stakeholders, environment and society. They are committed to addressing the climate emergency by aligning to the 1.5°C goal of the Paris Agreement.

TCI Co., Ltd is a manufacturer of dietary supplements, functional drinks, and skin care products. The company has committed to implement an energy management system (EnMS) across all operations by 2026, and improve energy productivity by  35% by 2040, relative to a 2016 baseline. TCI will install new equipment in its Pingtung factories to improve energy productivity, including acquiring ISO50001 certified energy management systems. The company will also install LED lighting in its headquarters and will actively work to roll out smarter energy use in its supply chain.  

Taiwan Cement Corporation (TCC) is a green environmental engineering company which has three core aspects to its business; resource recycling, green energy and low carbon cement. The environment, energy and ecology serve as the three major pillars for future sustainable development. TCC has two sustainability commitments: total climate commitment and total care commitment for the mutual benefit and harmony with Earth and life. The company commits to implement an energy management system (EnMS) across all operations by 2021, and improve energy productivity by 50% by 2040 relative to a 2016 baseline year.

Swaraj Engines Ltd is an Indian manufacturer and supplier of diesel engines and is part of the Mahindra Group conglomerate. The company has committed to double its energy productivity by 2040 compared to a 2014-2015 baseline. Swaraj Engines Ltd has several energy efficiency projects underway, including the installation of LED lighting, light tunnels to capture daylight, waste heat recovery, cooling, and the replacement of old power cables.

Surbana Jurong is a consultancy company that focuses on infrastructure and urban development. The company designs and delivers quality built environment and infrastructure projects for clients, and is redefining cities and transforming them into sustainable and liveable spaces where communities and businesses can thrive. Suburba Jurong joined through the Net Zero Carbon Buildings pathway, committing to occupying only assets that are net zero carbon by 2030.
