The Climate Group's EV100 team brings together companies committed to accelerating the shift to electric transport from around the world. Working closely with partners, our team across offices in London, Delhi and New York are growing our membership and driving market change.
Over 20 EU-headquartered companies have joined EV100 so far, while many more have EU operations. We're working with these members to stimulate EV sales and charging investment as part of the Recovery Plan for Europe, and to reform vehicle CO2 standards to drive up EV supply to 100% of new sales by no later than 2035.
With 8 India-headquartered EV100 members and over 15 global members with India operations, we're helping to shape the ecosystem with technical, policy and market expertise. In consultation with industry experts, EV100 supports members in India by developing knowledge products, from roadmaps to aggregation frameworks, for businesses and industry segments to move towards 100% EV adoption by 2030.
Electric vehicle adoption is growing rapidly in North America and major businesses are leading the way. EV100 in North America focuses on sharing the leadership of our US and Canadian headquartered companies and engaging in robust policy initiatives on the Federal and State level, such as accelerating the implementation of zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) mandates and supporting the Transportation and Climate Initiative (TCI).
With nearly 30 UK-headquartered EV100 members, the UK is a key market for the campaign.
